Halloween was fairly quiet for us this year. Elliot carved his pumpkin the weekend before and it was adorable. Then it was just hanging out at home handing out candy.

I made Halloween stuffed peppers, white queso, and fruit cups for dinner and they were tasty. We will repeat all of these recipes as well.
